Everything for the big day…

First of all Congratulations! Thank you for considering me as your wedding florist; I love working with couples to create the perfect flowers, tailored to the look and feel of your wedding . Whether it be a huge, glamorous church wedding, an intimate gathering or a pagan hand-fasting in a forest dell, I get the most joy from bringing your ideas together and making your day truly beautiful and unique to you!

The Process:

The first step to creating your dream florals is to get in touch! Either via my email address or contact form. I always offer a free, no-obigation zoom consultation to get us started, where you bring along a few images and we have a short chat discussing your ideas, requirements and budget. A rough price guide is available upon booking your consultation.

I will then put together an initial proposal, quote and moodboard. As I offer a totally bespoke wedding service, you will be able to edit and make changes to suit you. It will touch on flowers, colours, prices and include a set up and delivery fee. This is just the first estimate and may change as you make changes or confirm details throughout the process. If you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask, creating your floral proposal is a collaborative effort and it’s importast it works for you!

Once you are happy to proceed, I will ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining payment to be made one month before the wedding. The deposit is what secures Flowers from the Glade for your wedding day. I can’t wait to start designing your wedding flowers with you!

Other Information:

You may choose to have fully British grown flowers for your wedding, in which case let me know by ticking the box in the form below! This is something I offer as part of my bid to be as sustainable as possible when running my business, plus my love for growing and using my own seasonal flowers. For weddings, I have a £1,500 minimum spend (may increase with distance), including delivery and set up, however I do offer a micro weddings package between April and October- See details below.

Once your initial proposal has been sent to you I will only hold your wedding date for 2 weeks, and the 30% deposit is required to secure it. This does not apply to micro weddings that must be paid in full to book. You will have a full copy of the terms and conditions sent to you with your initial proposal . Micro Weddings

In addition to our standard weddings we also offer a Micro-Weddings option. This is available between April and October only, and takes full advantage of seasonal, British grown flowers!

It is exclusive to bouquets, buttonholes and other bridal party wearables, and can be delivered or collected.

If you’re feeling crafty, you can also add on a few DIY buckets of mixed, farm fresh flowers!

Alternative & Fantasy Weddings

Looking for something a little bit different?

Here at Flowers from the Glade we love an alternative wedding! So, whether it’s dark romance and Gothic, a foliage only mossy forest, or Lord of the Rings themed, we’d love to be part of your day.

Our goal is always to create florals that are immersive, magical, a little bit wild, and a true reflection of you.
